Revision as of 19:29, 6 December 2021 by Johnbullard (talk | contribs) (Added env variable for default database location)
Description
eggNOG-mapper is a tool for fast functional annotation of novel sequences. It uses precomputed orthologous groups and phylogenies from the eggNOG database to transfer functional information from fine-grained orthologs only.
Environment Modules
Run module spider eggnog-mapper
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_EGGNOG-MAPPER_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_EGGNOG-MAPPER_BIN - executable directory
- EGGNOG_DATA_DIR - application databases directory
