Environment Modules

Run module spider fastgear to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_FASTGEAR_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_FASTGEAR_BIN - executable directory


Additional Information

Run fastGear in your job script as

fastGear <INPUT_FILE> <OUTPUT_FILE> <INPUT_SPECS_FILE>

Note: <OUTPUT_FILE> must have a '.mat' extension as required in the manual.
