discvrseq website  

DISCVR-seq Toolkit is a diverse collection of tools for working with sequencing data, developed and maintained by the Bimber Lab, built using the GATK4 engine. The set of tools is analogous to GATK or Picard.

Environment Modules

Run module spider discvrseq to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_DISCVRSEQ_DIR - installation directory

Additional Information

$ module load discvrseq/1.3.10

$ DISCVRseq.jar <program name> [-h]
