Some of the software has GUI. Follow the instructions at https://wiki.rc.ufl.edu/doc/GUI_Programs
Basic usage:
module load gui launch_gui_session --module ece -e executable_name
Connect with xpra locally using the xpra command
xpra attach ssh:jdoe@i111a-s222.rc.ufl.edu:3713
As of ece/1.2 module version the ece container has been split into three sub-containers: cds, mgc, and syn
The following executables are available:
ccopt_gui dc_shell etagui launch_cds launch_mgc launch_syn primetime tmax
Non GUI usage:
module load ece luanch_cds executable_name
or
luanch_mgc executable_name
or
luanch_syn executable_name
