REFMAKER is a command-line and user-friendly pipeline providing different tools to create nuclear references from genomic assemblies of shotgun libraries.

Environment Modules

Run module spider refmaker to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_REFMAKER_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_REFMAKER_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_REFMAKER_REPO - repository directory

Additional Information

A default parameter_file is available at $HPC_REFMAKER_REPO/parameter.txt. Users should make a personal copy of this file to change parameters.
