Description

qapa website

Analysis of alternative polyadenylation (APA) from RNA-seq data (human and mouse). QAPA consists of two main components:

Extraction and annotation of 3′ UTR sequences from gene models Calculation of relative usage of alternative 3′ UTR isoforms based on transcript-level abundance.

Environment Modules

Run module spider qapa to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_QAPA_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_QAPA_BIN - executable directory
