Description
pypaftol (or "paftools") is Python module for Plant And FungAFTOL that provides functionality for recovery and data analysis of target capture data in the PAFTOL Project. Some of this functionality will be applicable and hopefully useful beyond PAFTOL, e.g. for processing HybSeq data in general. Functionality can be accessed either via the paftools script or the Python API.

Run module spider pypaftol to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

- HPC_PYPAFTOL_BIN - executable directory
- HPC_PYPAFTOL_IMAGE - container
