Description
NLR-Annotator is a tool to rapidly annotate the NLR complement from sequenced plant genomes.
The NLR-Annotator refines the output of MAST and reliably annotates disease resistance genes encoding for nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat (NLR) proteins.
