traitrate website  

traitRate is a program for the detection of trait-dependent shifts in the rate of sequence evolution.

Sample input files are available at http://www.tau.ac.il/~itaymay/cp/traitRate/index.html and in the "$HPC_TRAITRATE_EXE" directory.
