TE tools for TE RNASeq and smallRNASeq analysis. TEtools TEtools is composed of three tools (TEcount, TEdiff and PingPong).

Environment Modules

Run module spider tetools to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_TETOOLS_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_TETOOLS_BIN - executable directory
