Description

slivar website  

slivar: filter/annotate variants in VCF/BCF format with simple expressions. slivar is a set of command-line tools that enables rapid querying and filtering of VCF files. It facilitates operations on trios and groups and allows arbitrary expressions using simple javascript.

Environment Modules

Run module spider slivar to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_SLIVAR_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_SLIVAR_BIN - executable directory
  • SLIVAR_HOME - repository directory

Additional Information

The $SLIVAR_HOME directory includes the github repo with the javascript (js), tests, and other sub-directories users may find useful.
