Description

silix website

The software package SiLiX (SIngle LInkage Clustering of Sequences) implements a new algorithm for the clustering of homologous sequences, based on single transitive links (single linkage) with alignment coverage constraints.

Environment Modules

Run module spider silix to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_SILIX_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_SILIX_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_SILIX_MAN - manual directory
