segment-liftover website  

segment_liftover is a Python program that can convert segments between genome assemblies, without breaking them apart.

System Variables

  • HPC_SEGMENTLIFTOVER_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_SEGMENTLIFTOVER_BIN - executable directory
