Description

qupath website  

   Used for digital pathology applications because it offers a
   powerful set of tools for working with whole slide images
    - but it can be applied to lots of other kinds of image as well.

Environment Modules

Run module spider qupath to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_QUPATH_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_QUPATH_BIN - executable directory
