Description

qtltools website  

QTLtools is a tool set for molecular QTL discovery and analysis. It allows to go from the raw sequence data to collection of molecular Quantitative Trait Loci (QTLs) in few easy-to-perform steps.

Environment Modules

Run module spider qtltools to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_QTLTOOLS_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_QTLTOOLS_BIN - executable directory
