pureclip website  

PureCLIP is a tool to detect protein-RNA interaction footprints from single-nucleotide CLIP-seq data, such as iCLIP and eCLIP.

Run module spider pureclip to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

  • HPC_PURECLIP_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_PURECLIP_BIN - executable directory
