Description

pcit website

PCIT is an algorithm for the reconstruction of gene co-expression networks (GCN) that combines the concept partial correlation coefficient with information theory to identify significant gene to gene associations defining edges in the reconstruction of GCN.

Environment Modules

Run module spider pcit to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_PCIT_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_PCIT_BIN - executable directory
