Description

minpath website

MinPath (Minimal set of Pathways) is a parsimony approach for biological pathway reconstructions using protein family predictions, achieving a more conservative, yet more faithful, estimation of the biological pathways for a query dataset.

Environment Modules

Run module spider minpath to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_{{#uppercase:minpath}}_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_{{#uppercase:minpath}}_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_{{#uppercase:minpath}}_DAT - data directory
  • HPC_{{#uppercase:minpath}}_EXE - example directory
