Description
The CRISPRCasFinder program enables the easy detection of CRISPRs and cas genes. This is an update of the CRISPRFinder program with improved specificity and indication on the CRISPR orientation. MacSyFinder is used to identify cas genes, the CRISPR-Cas type and subtype.
