Utilities for running the predector pipeline.

All command line tools are accessible under the main command predutils.

Environment Modules

Run module spider predectorutils to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_PREDECTORUTILS_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_PREDECTORUTILS_BIN - executable directory
