Environment Modules

Run module spider Helixer to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_HELIXER_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_HELIXER_IMAGE - singularity container image

Additional Information

NOTE- use "fetch_helixer_models.py" to download the trained models. These go to /$HOME/.local/share/Helixer/models by default.
