This repository contains an analysis pipeline developed to characterize WGS output

Environment Modules

Run module spider varpipe-wgs to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_VARPIPE-WGS_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_VARPIPE-WGS_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_SINGULARITY_IMAGE - singularity image
