hpsandbox website  

HPSandbox is a set of Python objects that allow you to quickly write simple python scripts to explore the two-dimensional HP lattice model of proteins of Chan and Dill.

Environment Modules

Run module spider hpsandbox to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_HPSANDBOX_DIR - installation directory
  • HPSANDBOXHOME - home directory
