gomap website  

GOMAP-singularity is the containerized version of the Gene Ontology Meta Annotator for Plants (GOMAP) pipeline. GOMAP is a high-throughput pipeline to annotate GO terms to plant protein sequences.


Environment Modules

Run module spider gomap to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_GOMAP_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_GOMAP_BIN - executable directory
