CoMap
Description
CoMap implements evolution-based detection of co-evolving positions in a molecule.
CoMap performs the following tasks:
- Compute probabilistic substitution maps
- Test for pairs/groups of sites that do not evolve independently
Environment Modules
Run module spider comap
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_COMAP_DIR - installation directory
