lobstr website  

lobSTR is a tool for profiling Short Tandem Repeats (STRs) from high throughput sequencing data.

Environment Modules

Run module spider lobstr to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_LOBSTR_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_LOBSTR_BIN - executable directory
  • LOBSTR_INDEXES - indexes directory
