hap.py website  

This is a set of programs based on htslib to benchmark variant calls against gold standard truth datasets.

Environment Modules

Run module spider hap.py to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_HAP.PY_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_HAP.PY_BIN - executable directory
