kmerdb website  

Kmer-db is a fast and memory-efficient tool for large-scale k-mer analyses (indexing, querying, estimating evolutionary relationships, etc.).

Environment Modules

Run module spider kmerdb to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_KMERDB_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_KMERDB_BIN - executable directory
