Popcorn is a program for estimaing the correlation of causal variant effect sizes across populations in GWAS.

Environment Modules

Run module spider popcorn to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_POPCORN_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_POPCORN_BIN - executable directory


Usage Examples

$ python popcorn compute --bfile /apps/popcorn/20211104/test/EAS_ref EAS.cscore

$ python /apps/popcorn/20211104/lib/popcorn/__main__.py compute --bfile /apps/popcorn/20211104/test/EAS_ref EAS.cscore
