Description

ldsc website  

ldsc is a command line tool for estimating heritability and genetic correlation from GWAS summary statistics. ldsc also computes LD Scores.

Environment Modules

Run module spider ldsc to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_LDSC_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_LDSC_BIN - executable directory
