This is a development toolkit for phylogenetics. There are many different main packages that are typically in subdirectories.

Run module spider gophy to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_GOPHY_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_GOPHY_BIN - executable directory
