Description
GFF-Ex (gffex) is a Genome Feature extraction package which extracts Gene, Exon, Intron, Upstream Region of Gene (Promoters), Intergenic and CDS/cDNA sequences by just tweeting in the Genome Feature File (gff,gtf) along with the corresponding genome/chromosome.
