physpy website  

PhiSpy is a computer program written in C++, Python and R to identify prophages in a complete bacterial genome sequences.

Environment Modules

Run module spider physpy to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_PHYSPY_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_PHYSPY_BIN - executable directory
