REDUCED SUPPORT LEVEL

Research Computing will operate with reduced support levels during the UF Winter Break from Saturday, December 17, 2022 through Monday, January 2, 2023. HiPerGator-RV compute, storage, and network systems will be fully operational and can be used as normal. If problems develop, they will be addressed as soon as possible. The reduction in service levels will be as follows:

• No new investments for cores or storage will be processed.
• No new software will be installed.
• No HiPerGator-RV training will be provided for new user accounts.
