Description
Slicer, or 3D Slicer, is a free, open source software package for visualization and image analysis. 3D Slicer is natively designed to be available on multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux and Mac Os X.

Additional Information
Log into the gui.rc.ufl.edu server before loading and running Slicer. Do not run large-scale analyses on the GUI server.
Set
export MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=3.2
if you see OpenGL errors
