Aster is a family of optimation algorithms for species tree inference implemented in C++ (including ASTRAL-Pro & Weighted ASTRAL).

Environment Modules

System Variables

  • HPC_ASTER_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_ASTER_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_ASTER_IMAGE - apptainer image
