pyhdf website  

PyHDF is a Python interface to the HDF4 external library. It covers most HDF4 APIs of Scientific Data Set, Vdata, and Vgroup.

Environment Modules

Run module spider pyhdf to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_PYHDF_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_PYHDF_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_PYHDF_LIB - libraries directory
