Description
An integrated tool for tiling array, ChIP-seq, genome and cis-regulatory element analysis.
Execution Environment and Modules
To use cisgenome with the environment modules system at HPC the following commands are available:
Get module information for cisgenome:
$module spider cisgenome
Load the default application module:
$module load cisgenome
The modulefile for this software adds the directory with executable files to the shell execution PATH and sets the following environment variables:
- HPC_CISGENOME_DIR - directory where cisgenome is located.
- HPC_CISGENOME_BIN - executable directory
