Description
A user-friendly approach to Approximate Bayesian Computation for inference on population history using molecular markers
Note: this software is installed, but not supported as the upstream authors do not consider it stable and are working on a more usable release.
Execution Environment and Modules
To use diyabc with the environment modules system at HPC the following commands are available:
Get module information for diyabc:
$module spider diyabc
Load the default application module:
$module load diyabc
The modulefile for this software adds the directory with executable files to the shell execution PATH and sets the following environment variables:
- HPC_DIYABC_DIR - directory where diyabc is located.
