Description
Workflow Description Language developer tools & local runner, including including miniwdl-slurm (https://github.com/miniwdl-ext/miniwdl-slurm) -- a SLURM backend plugin for miniwdl that runs WDL task containers by creating a job script that is submitted to a SLURM cluster.
