Description
A variational framework for inferring population structure from SNP genotype data.
It is based on a variational Bayesian framework for posterior inference and is written in Python2.x.
Environment Modules
Run module spider faststructure
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_FASTSTRUCTURE_DIR - installation directory
