Description
DeepPicker employs a novel cross-molecule training strategy to capture common features of particles from previously-analyzed micrographs, and thus does not require any human intervention during particle picking.
Environment Modules
Run module spider deeppicker
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_DEEPPICKER_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_DEEPPICKER_BIN - executables directory
Additional Information
This software is installed in a container.
Basic usage:
launch_deeppicker autoPick.py --help
To see the list of available executables:
launch_deeppicker ls $HPC_DEEPPICKER_BIN
