Description

[/apps/nanocount/0.2.1/bin nanocount website]

NanoCount estimates transcripts abundance from Oxford Nanopore direct-RNA sequencing datasets, using an expectation-maximization approach like RSEM, Kallisto, salmon, etc to handle the uncertainty of multi-mapping reads

Environment Modules

Run module spider nanocount to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_NANOCOUNT_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_NANOCOUNT_BIN - executable directory
