Description
Generic Repeat Finder (GRF) is a program for detecting terminal inverted repeats (TIRs), terminal direct repeats (TDRs), interspersed repeats, miniature inverted repeat transposable elements (MITEs), and long terminal repeat (LTR) transposons in genomes.
