The following remote help and support options are available:

We describe the HiPerGator, its use, and potential issues that may arise in the help documentation - https://help.rc.ufl.edu. Policies and announcements are posted on the main website - https://www.rc.ufl.edu

When issues or questions arise the primary channel to get help or ask questions via the support site - https://support.rc.ufl.edu. If you have any doubts about an appropriate channel for obtaining support, open a support ticket first.

We work both in the office and remotely during the week:

For a quick question you can use our #support slack channel https://rcconsultants.slack.com. Join the channel via the following link. We will monitor the channel and reply as soon as we can.

For conversations with facilitators stop by our offices or use Zoom during the listed office hours. We ask that you reserve a time slot for in-person support during office hours or via Zoom at least four hours in advance via the UFRC Remote Support Booking as we are not able to monitor the Zoom channels.

Remote support booking does not allow adding Zoom links. See the personal Zoom link for the staff member you booked below:
