Description
VCF-kit is a command-line based collection of utilities for performing analysis on Variant Call Format (VCF) files. A summary of the commands is provided below.
Environment Modules
Run module spider vcf-kit
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_VCF-KIT_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_VCF-KIT_BIN - executable directory
