Description
The Genome Mappability Analysis suite is used for measuring how well NGS reads can be mapped to reference genomes, especially for discovering variations.
Environment Modules
Run module spider gem to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_GEM_DIR - installation directory
