Description

gramcluster website

GramCluster is a fast and accurate progressive clustering algorithm that relies on a grammar-based sequence distance and is particularly useful in clustering large datasets.

Environment Modules

Run module spider gramcluster to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_GRAMCLUSTER_DIR - installation directory
