Description
- Exonerate is a generic tool for pairwise sequence comparison.
- It allows you to align sequences using a many alignment models, using either exhaustive dynamic programming, or a variety of heuristics.
- If you have questions, you can email the Author.
Execution Environment and Modules
To use exonerate with the environment modules system at HPC the following commands are available:
Get module information for exonerate:
$module spider exonerate
Load the default application module:
$module load exonerate
The modulefile for this software adds the directory with executable files to the shell execution PATH and sets the following environment variables:
- HPC_EXONERATE_DIR - directory where exonerate is located.
