Description
VISPR - A visualization framework for CRISPR data.
Environment Modules
Run module spider vispr to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_VISPR_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_VISPR_BIN - executable directory
Additional Information
To view <$ vispr server ...> results please launch an OOD Desktop instance and load the module "ubuntu" to access the web browser that will be hosted.
